Business Hours:
Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ET. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is received, you will get an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.
Processing Time:
Most orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders may experience additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances or freight carrier issues.
Shipping Calculations for the U.S.:
Shipping costs for domestic orders within the U.S. are calculated based on several factors, including the size, weight, destination, and type of delivery (standard vs. expedited). Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost at checkout.
Standard Pallet Shipping:
Shipping fees for pallets typically start at $100 and can increase based on the size of the pallet and the destination. For larger truckload orders, freight charges will vary and can be provided by request.
Residential Delivery & Liftgate Services:
If your address requires residential delivery or liftgate service, additional charges may apply. These fees are typically $50–$200, depending on the location and the size of the shipment.
International Shipping Costs:
For shipments outside the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders), please contact us for a custom shipping quote. International shipments will incur additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges, based on the destination country.
Shipping Carriers:
We work with trusted third-party freight carriers to handle pallet and truckload deliveries. Shipping carriers are selected based on the size of your order and your delivery location.
Commercial Delivery:
Pallet shipments are delivered to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift access. If a residential delivery is required, please notify us in advance. Additional charges for residential delivery or liftgate service will apply.
Appointment Scheduling:
Freight deliveries typically require an appointment. Our shipping partners will contact you to schedule the most convenient delivery date and time.
Curbside Delivery:
All freight shipments are curbside deliveries. Please ensure you have the necessary equipment and manpower to unload the pallet at delivery. Carriers do not provide inside delivery.
Inspect Upon Arrival:
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your pallet for any visible signs of damage (e.g., crushed packaging, torn shrink-wrap, or dented boxes). Take photos before accepting delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Damage Claims Procedure:
If you notice damage upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours.
Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and the damage notation made with the delivery carrier.
Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may void eligibility for claims or resolution.
Freight Claims:
We will assist in filing a freight claim with the carrier, but please be aware that claim resolutions are subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed unless the claim is approved by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Delays:
If you notice unexpected delays or have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us for updates. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume shipping periods.
Pickup from Our Facility:
If you are located nearby, you can arrange to pick up your order at our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time.
Shipping Outside the U.S.:
We currently offer international shipping to certain countries. If you wish to place an order for shipment outside the United States, please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote and details regarding any applicable duties or taxes.
