About Liquidation Pallets

Liquidation merchandise typically consists of goods from retailers or distributors that are customer returns, shelf pulls (items removed from store shelves), overstock, discontinued items, or out-of-season products. These goods are sold in bulk, often by the pallet, at significantly reduced prices.

We source our pallets directly from major retailers, large distributors, and wholesalers. This allows us to offer a wide variety of merchandise from well-known brands.

Our inventory varies constantly! You can find pallets containing items from categories such as electronics, apparel, fashion wears, home goods, general merchandise, toys, tools, and much more. Each pallet description will provide details on the category and types of items you can expect.

Pallet Condition and Content

Many of our pallets come with a manifest, which is a list provided by the source detailing the items expected to be in the pallet. Manifests can vary in accuracy and level of detail. They are typically used as a guide and an estimate of contents and value, but are rarely 100% accurate regarding item condition or exact counts. Some pallets may not have a manifest at all, and will be described based on visual inspection and category.

The condition of items within a liquidation pallet varies widely. Pallets often contain a mix of:

  • Customer Returns: These can range from like-new condition to damaged, defective, or incomplete items.
  • Shelf Pulls/Overstock: These are typically new but may have damaged packaging or minor cosmetic flaws from handling.
  • New in Box (NIB): Occasionally, pallets may contain items that are brand new and unopened overstock. Assume that a significant percentage of items in a liquidation pallet, especially customer returns, may not be in perfect, resalable condition.

Yes, absolutely. It is standard in liquidation that pallets will contain a percentage of damaged, defective, or unsaleable items. The price is significantly reduced to account for this. Buyers should expect to sort through the pallet and find items that cannot be resold.

Pallets are sold as a complete unit and are typically wrapped for secure shipping. We cannot unwrap or sort through pallets to show specific items. We provide available manifests, descriptions, and photos to give you the best possible idea of the pallet’s contents.

Pricing

Pallet pricing is based on several factors, including the estimated retail value of the contents, the source of the goods, the condition type (e.g., returns vs. overstock), the category of items, and market demand.

Our prices are set to offer significant value based on the liquidation market. Prices are generally non-negotiable, especially for single-pallet purchases. Bulk purchasing inquiries may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
